The new villa with huge overflow heated pool (4x12m with steps, depth 1.0m - 1.50m), occupy a peaceful position with picturesque views across the countryside and down to the sea

The secluded sun terrace features a covered dining terrace, BBQ and traditional oven, perfect place to enjoy a meal or drink in peace and quiet overlooking the magnificent coast. The villa boasts also a spacious covered veranda on the roof offering exceptional sea and coastal views. For those wishing to explore (5-7min drive) this unspoilt area you will find deserted beaches and various typical taverns all dotted along the this unspoilt coastline.

You can walk and relax by the sea using the long pedestrian pathway found in 5-6min drive from your villa. The pathway is along the beach and offers exceptional views (see photo).

The villa is tastefully furnished, boasts a spacious interior, features a fully equip kitchen and open plan living area.

The villa has 3 bedrooms all in the ground floor (2 doubles and 1 twin, all en-suite) and provides air con in the bedrooms, the lounge and kitchen. It also offers free internet access (wifi).
