This entertaining 12 room Paradise Valley Scottsdale Golf Tennis Lake Resort Villa is Vacation paradise in the heart of McCormick Ranch Golf & Tennis Resort perfect for Golfers, Corporate Outings, large Family Reunions and Groups located next to Gainey Village, walk to several restaurants, bars and shopping, right in between Old Town and Kierland Commons...

Entertaining 12 Room Private Golf and Lake view Resort Villa approximately 3500 sf, sleeping up to 12 people (in 12 individual beds, no sharing beds needed!), All bedrooms can be set up with 1 King or 2 Twin Size Beds, All rooms have compact European Style design with modern touches and all amenities you need. 7 Bedrooms and 8th optional bedroom in living room where queen sofa bed can be made, 5 Bathrooms, Fully Equipped Kitchen, 4 Kitchenette-Bars, Plasma TV with Cable TV in each room, 2 Balconies overlooking golf and lake, 2 Patios: one overlooks the golf and lake seating up to 12 people, another one with Hot Tub SPA and seating for up to 6 people.

Our Golf Villa is highly upgraded and in the best location with walking distance to several restaurants, bar and shopping. Villa does not belong to a rental pool instead it is rented directly from us the owner/managers, and therefore you are getting the absolute lowest rate and upgraded interior from owners that care.

There is a private Jacuzzi hot tub just for you on the back patio. There is also a heated community pool next door only about 100 yards away where you can enjoy lunch at the pool bar and at the lake & golf-front resort restaurant.

You can also walk to LA Fitness in McCormick Ranch in about 10 minutes and use the Health Club Facilities and pool for only a $10 per day. There is also one of Arizona’s best Health SPA at Gainey Village Health Club with a Jr Olympic size lap pool and top rated gym.

Next door there is a great lake front restaurants such as Pinon Grill and Chart House. There also is a world class dining only one block away at Roka Akor (from the restaurant group Zuma in Miami, London, Dubai) which you must try while in town.
