We are delighted to offer you a private three story mountain home with stunning panoramic views. 16 miles to downtown Asheville. Sleeps 12.

Large 3500 sq ft home for rent. Year round views, large outdoor deck, fireplace, ping pong table, internet, Roku w/ Sling TV, Wi fi, board games and entertainment.

Bedroom 2 – 1 queen bed (main floor)

Bedroom 3 – 2 twin beds (main floor)

Bedroom 4- 1 queen bed (ground floor)

Loft – 1 queen futon

3 full bathrooms. 1 full bath located on each floor, one of those is en-suite w a jetted tub.

Dining Space

Seating for 12 people. Dining table, extra chairs provided.

Fully stocked home includes:

Linens, plenty of towels, soap, laundry detergent, dish washer liquid, dish soap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, iron and board, coffee maker, espresso maker, toaster, microwave, plenty of eating utensils and more.

Baby/kid gear includes:

Pack and Play w/ crib mattress and sheets, high chair, baby swing, exersaucer, toys, board games, game console.

TV’s

2 flat screen TV’s, and 1 35” TV with Roku and Sling TV.

Handicap Access:

You may enter one step up through the ground floor into a bedroom with a view and a full bath, however there is one flight of steps to the main living areas (kitchen, living room, dining room) We do not provide handicap rails in the bathrooms.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
