Abigail's Cottage within walking distance to the city center, is licensed by the city of Ashland (Business License #007411 & Planning Action #06-275) and Jackson County, (#1581566C) and meets required health, safety and fire codes.
Comfortable two bedroom 1 1/2 bath cottage, completely renovated in 2011, approximately 700 sq. ft., sleeps 4. Queen bedroom has 1/2 bath (wash basin/toilet). Second bedroom has twin beds. Full bathroom with shower/bath. Living room has sofa and easy chairs.
Free Wi-Fi, Cable TV - Flat screen TV, A/C & heating units in living room and in each bedroom with ceiling fans in bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer and dining area with seating for 6. Complimentary snack basket, tea/coffee start-up supplied as well as amenities and cleaning materials (min-market with 5 min. walk for basic groceries). Hair Dryers in bathrooms. Decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind. Street access parking in front of cottage and secure on site parking. Very clean! Easy 10-minute walk to downtown plaza, Lithia Park and the theaters of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
