There are two separate bedrooms, where 6 persons can be easily accomodated and 3 bathrooms. The heating is autonomous and there is also a fireplace. Moreover, the house is also airconditioned. Bed linen, towels, cuttlery, dishes, pans, wi-fi internet and all electric devices are provided. There are large verandas of more than 30 sq, where you can relax or enjoy a delicious breakfast or dinnerwhile admiring the astonishing view. There is boiler which provides 24 hours hot water. You can also enjoy your lunches and dinners in the area around, where you can find nice local tavernas and restaurants, as well as cafes to enjoy a morning coffee in the popular Politias square.

The house is about 2.5 km from the train station of HSAP in Kifissia. From Kifissia you can take the train and reach Athens center in less than 30 mins or the port of Piraeus in about 40 mins.
