Our 3BR/2.5BA duplex is just the right size for groups of six or less traveling to the Live Music Capital of the World. Separated on two different levels, you will find three bedrooms and two and a half baths. One bedroom, downstairs, has a queen sized bed and an attached bathroom. This downstairs floor also has a living area with a lovely fireplace complete with gas logs, a fully stocked kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, an additional half bathroom with access from common areas, as well as a lovely deck with patio furniture and a gas grill. Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with a king sized bed and a second bedroom with another queen. These rooms are attached by a Jack & Jill bathroom. The best part of our home is easily the downstairs atrium though. Opening up to the living room, you will love this screened in sun-room providing additional space as well as sunlight spreading warmth throughout the house.
At our centrally located home you will have access to anything you could ever want to explore in our beautiful city. Conveniently nestled off of Lake Austin Blvd., you are going to love the quick five minute jump to downtown. You can also walk to Oyster Landing, a strip of local restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. If you find yourself on the water you will love the accessibility to these hot spots by boat. Hula Hut is a must see, serving Mexican cuisine with a Hawaiian twist. The above-water outdoor area is a great place to enjoy the sunshine. Around the corner is Red Bud Isle, a local dog-friendly park that juts out onto the water. You are also minutes from all of the equipment rentals on Lake Austin and the hike and bike trails surrounding it. Make sure you try stand-up paddle boarding –you won’t regret it!
