This home is pet friendly with approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $400.00/pet. There is a maximum of 2 pets on the premises during any rental.
Situated in the perfect family neighborhood of Eagle-Vail, this home was remodeled in the summer and fall of 2012, and is perfect for a family or group getaway.
Eagle-Vail is located directly between the resorts of Vail and Beaver Creek, and requires only a 5-7 minute car ride to get to either resort. Eagle-Vail also features a community pool and tennis courts, golf course, and restaurants near by.
The remodel included upgraded kitchen, hardwood floors, bedrooms and bathrooms! The master bedroom has a King bed as well as a daybed with trundle. The first guest bedroom has a captain's bunk bed (queen on bottom, twin bed on top), and the second houses two twins that can also be bridged into a King bed.
Enjoy expansive views over the trout pond in the back yard or curl up on the couch in front of the roaring wood fireplace.

The initial deposit due at time of booking includes 50% of Lodging Rent plus 50% of Sales & Lodging Taxes plus 50% of the Booking Fee, along with 100% of the Damage Insurance Premium (a required charge). The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations that occur more than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund of any deposits held, less the amount of one nightâ€™s rent, the damage insurance, and any booking fees.
Any deposits held on reservations that are cancelled within 60 days of arrival will be forfeited by the Tenant.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties.
Unless otherwise stipulated, pets are not allowed in any of our rental properties. Triumph Mountain Properties will require the immediate removal of any unauthorized pets from the property. Tenant is responsible for the costs associated with boarding an unauthorized pet and for any cleaning charges associated with returning the property to a pet allergy-free environment at the discretion of TMP.
All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. We appreciate your understanding.

The Trout Pond home has a maximum occupancy of 7. This maximum occupancy is based on the number of people that can sleep in the existing bedding.
