Description
SUMMER OR WINTER
Cuckoo is a romantic chalet in the unspoilt Swiss farming village of Ayer in the Val d'Anniviers. Think Heidie and Narnia. Ten minutes drive from the ski resorts of St Luc, Grimentz or Zinal. Ideal for a summer or winter holiday.
Downstairs there is a spacious living room with kitchen and views from the large windows of the tumbling adjacent stream.
The bedroom is ingeniously incorporated into the old wooden raccard with spectacular views of the mountains; there is a king sized double bed and a folding 6 foot (1.78 meter) bed.
The sejour has a high quality double sofa bed. The whole chalet has been completed to a high standard with the emphasis on cozy and comfortable. There is underfloor heating and a shower room with a good supply of hot water.
Ameneties include washing machine, dishwasher, wood burning stove, cable TV and internet.
