Note that there are 3 identical villas next to each other in case of additional accommodation is required for bigger groups. Villa Agnes is situated in a prime location in Ayia Napa. Far enough from all the clubs and night life securing piece of mind yet close enough to access them by foot. What makes the location so unique is that it is only a breath away from the busiest and most popular beach in the Mediterranean, The Nissi Beach.
The most popular hotels for weddings, the Nissi Beach Hotel, the Adams Beach Hotel and the Aenias Hotel are also accessible by merely crossing the road. So if you are attending a wedding to one of these hotels or any other hotel in Ayia Napa, or just looking for the perfect holiday break, this is the ideal Villa for your stay. The villa is newly built, with its own private pool, garden, fenced yard/parking, and barbecue area. Furnished, decorated and equipped with all the amendments including free Wi-Fi internet connection to provide you with a high spec holiday vacation.
Don't miss a game. New 2015 all UK sports channels provided on request.
The villa would suit everyone including families and couples. It is in the best location and therefore a car is not required. It is fully air conditioned and furnished to a high standard. For your safety, plastic glasses and bowls are supplied so no glass items are to be used around the pool. Smoking is not permitted in the villa. Furthermore there is a signed contract with a security company to patrol the villa everynight and also to respond to any call by guests around the clock in case of security issues of any sort may arise. Emergency calls are paid locally. Alarm system is also installed in the villa which is very user friendly.

“Lovely Villa, great location”
We have just returned from a 10 night stay at Villa Agnes and we had a great time. Communication with the owner Nicos was good from the minute we booked until we departed. The villa is in a great location for Nissi Beach and restaurants and bars. A trip to the harbour costs about 10 euros in a taxi which are plentiful from the villa or you can walk in about 40 minutes. There are lots of things to do for everyone, we travelled with adults, teenager, 5 year old and 2 year old and we were all catered for. There are additional charges at the villa for electricity. This works out very expensive at .50 cent per kWh over the 200 units you are allocated, please be mindful of this when using things like air conditioning etc. For us it worked out at 18 euro a day so a 180 euro bill at the end of our 10 days. I would definitely recommend staying at villa Agnes and will definitely consider staying again.
