Apartment in chalet of the early twentieth century, recently restored. Traditionally decorated, offering the necessary comfort. Situated on the coast, with sea view, in typical village, 50 meters from the beach, natural pool and close to natural park Sintra-Cascais. Very safe area, with private car park. Terrace for recreation and meals. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom, living room with large sofa bed, small kitchen. Ideal for couples, couple with one child over 6 years old or 2 friends.

Nice apartment composed by one bedroom with double bed, spacious living room with large sofa bed. One bathroom with bide and bathtub. Small kitchen equipped with double induction plate, microwave, regular fridge, toaster and coffee machine. Spacious terrace with beautiful sea-view and sunset view (late spring and summer), containing outside table and chairs for a meal and 1 large clothes line.

Getting around

At 5 minutes walking distance you'll find 3 restaurants, 1 supermarket, 1 mini-market, 2 coffee-shops, 1 hairdresser, 1 butcher and 1 self use laundry. Access to little beach and large ocean pool at 50 meters. Just by the house we have private car park only for our guests.

House rules

It's not allowed the use of bath towels on the beach. If is detected solar cream spots on the bath towels it will be charged a 10€ cleaning fee per towel.
In case of needing beach towels we can provide them at 5€ each per stay
(payed on arrival).

“Heerlijk gehad”

Lekker appartement met op een paar min lopen het strand. Parkeer plaatst privé en voor de deur. Appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Echt heerlijk genoten

Bed was very hard and it was very hard to cook a meal without an oven. Lovely views tho. Owner was very friendly and replied to emails quickly.

“Nice appartments with ocean view”

Initially we booked smaller apartment Vivenda Maria 0, but Goncalo upgraded it to Vivenda Maria 1 whne we arrived. Apartments has nice living room, bedroom very tiny kitchen and bathroom. We got an excellent view to ocean sunset from large balcony and room windows. We easily found three restaurants in few minutes of walking. The very basic supermarket was not worth to visit. We had very pleasant stay at house - evenings with nice vine and view on oven was beautiful. Just two drawbacks - bed was to narrow for two Nordic style adults and we used second bed on living room. Also the small ants into kitchen was not our friends. The traffic from road made some noise at evenings and nights too. We recommend this house for stay at Azenhas do Mar.
