Mes Amis is undoubtedly one of the finest properties built on St. Martin. Mes Amis sits high on the Falaise des Oiseaux: a superb cliffside location with astounding views of the ocean, the surrounding coastline, and the island of Anguilla. Please inquire about lower rates offered for less than full occupancy while retaining exclusive use of the villa. Please see rates below!

This magnificent oceanfront estate encompasses three villas built on 5 acres of beautiful coastline. The entire property was built with entertaining in mind. There are lovely seating nooks throughout the property which offer plenty of space for groups or privacy as you wish. During the refurbishment after Hurricane Irma, a very charming gym was added.

The main villa features an impressive reception area and library opening out to a vast lounge terrace with unobstructed ocean and sky views, and a massive commercial kitchen. It encompasses 7 of the 13 bedrooms and a media room. The second "Plantation" villa houses the 3 bedrooms and has its own large deck area and a beautiful cascading heated swimming pool, and the 3rd villa offers 3 bedrooms, its own living room, kitchen, and plunge pool.

There is a cliff side heated jacuzzi and an enormous, heated infinity- edge pool, a pool side bar and informal outside dining and seating areas. Leading from the terrace and reception area is the living room with expansive glass sliding doors and on the opposite side, a formal dining room and state-of-the-art Chefs kitchen.

11 of the 13 suites offers its own unique perspective of the ocean and unique décor and luxurious ensuite bathrooms (some featuring both indoor and outdoor showers). All bedrooms have king beds except bedroom # 5 which has two full beds.

The sumptuous master suite has a private terrace, an exceptionally large walk-in closet and a fabulous marble bathroom with glass walled spa and shower overlooking the ocean.

The unparalleled beauty and exceptional privacy of the site combined with the luxurious interiors will ensure that your stay at “Mes Amis” is truly an unforgettable experience.

Mes Amis now has a cat in residence. The name of the pretty kitten is "The Cat" and he does not enter the house, he lives on the property and is fed by the staff. Please do not feed.

Most St Martin travelers rent a car during their stay. Our preferred rental car agency is Dollar/ Thrifty. You can arrange to pick up your car at the airport or even have it delivered to your villa for free since your reservation includes a transfer. Renting a car gives you the convenience of moving about the island on your schedule. Taxies are readily available at the airport and for short trips.
