Y Skubor
2 Bedroom cottage set in a courtyard of traditional stone barns
Ideal for families, one bedroom with kingsize bed, the other has two single beds.
Spacious open plan Kitchen Diner, with stable door access to the rear garden.
Modern Kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and large fridge freezer.
Comfy Lounge with 3 sofas, flat screen TV with FreeSat and DVD player.
Lounge and Diner have seating for six people, if you have friends or family staying in one of Bryn Melyn's 1 bedroom cottages you can socialise/dine together.
Family bathroom with bath and separate powerful shower.
Oil fired central heating.
Cot and high chair available on request.
By prior arrangement up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome in Y Skubor, at a cost of £20.00 a dog per stay payable on arrival
Towels and linen provided.
Free Wi-Fi (high speed fibre)
Radio with cd player.
Y Skubor guests have use of all Bryn Melyn Farm's facilities:
13 acres of woodland and fields to explore.
Wood fired hot tub in amazing private setting with spectacular views, the hot tub can be booked on the day for the afternoon or evening
The hot tub uses no nasty chemicals and is cleaned and refilled after each use with our own mountain spring water
£15.00 per use DIY, you fill the tub and light the fire, we provide the logs
£35.00 per use, we get the tub ready for you and let you know when it is at the perfect temperature
(Each fill and heat up takes approx 2.5 hours)
Games room with full size pool table, table tennis, darts, large flat screen tv and comfy sofas, the games room has large barn doors that can be opened to enjoy the view in all weathers.
Stunning hillside gardens with folly, waterfalls, pools, ponds and stunning views in all directions.
Tennis Court that can be used for 5 aside.
Private fishing on the River Dee - 3/4 mile of our own riverside.
Firepit and BBQ area.
Lots of outside seating for picnics or just taking in the view.
Secure storage for bikes, canoes and other outdoor equipment.

“Fabulous cottage in beautiful quiet spot”
So delighted with this place...what a great find! We stumbled on Bryn Melyn Farm Cottages whilst looking for a short family break.. It was everything we were looking for and more....lovely cottage, gorgeous grounds, games room with pool table and a fire pit and barbeque. With a fab pub 5 mins away, lake Bala with watersports abt 10 mins away and white water rafting only 5 miles as well as Snowdonia mountains we think Steve and Gu plus Boo the dog have hit on a real treasure for their new business...highly recommended!
