Description
This is a 5 * Golf Resort situated on the course with a swimming pool less than 50 meters from the door.The resort has a 25 bay driving range 280 m long.The resort has a magnificent New Clubhouse open 7 days with top class restaurant.There is a fully stocked Pro Shop also.The Resort has a resident PGA Pro.
]The resort has chipping and putting greens. Green fees have not been agreed for 2010 and will be posted when available.Next door is the Gary Player Black Sea Rama championship course where Lighthouse residents have access to on agreed Green Fees.
The Gym and spa are close by and massage is available at the Spa.The complex has a Hairdressers which is very reasonable.
The Resort has a 5* Hotel which has indoor pool,Spa and magnificent Spa facilities.
The Resort is 4km from Thracian Cliffs Golf Resort which recently hosted the World Matchplay tournament as well as the Gary Player designed Black Sea Rama.

The house is top of the range, Hotel standard suited to clients who require luxury accommodation. The house is semi detached with balcony from bedroom overlooking Golf Course. Each room has remote controlled air conditioning and wardrobes. Cooking utensils are available in the kitchen but with eating out in the clubhouse cheap they will rarely be used.The resort is very suitable for children and very safe.

Large pool with wood decking 50m from house with lifeguard and equipped with deck loungers and parasols. Shop on resort for basics and supermarkets and restaurants, bars etc in local town of Balchik which is about 10 mins easy drive. Taxi service available.Resort is situated on cliff side and sea is visible as one plays around course.

“Perfect stay”
We - myself, my wife and my six years old daughter have had a wonderful stay. Perfect location and perfect host. Andrey (the owner) is the most welcoming host I ever met. We will come back for sure.
