Self-catering luxurious villa for rent. Villa Poppy is situated in the beautiful villa zone of Momchil, part of the famous tourist town of Balchik. The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful area only 4 km from historical town of Balchik with it’s white sand beach, 4 km from lively resort of Albena and 19 km from Kavarna. From all levels of villa Poppy you will be able to enjoy the incredible view of the Black Sea, coast of Balchik, the beaches and green hill and capes. For guests' convenience, the villa offers three parking spaces.
The villa is suitable for 6 to 8 people - there are 3 large bedrooms, two of them with double beds and third one with twin beds; additionally two persons can be accommodated on the comfortable fold away guest-beds; all bedrooms have the benefit of their own air-conditioner unit; sheets and towels are provided.
The villa is over 3 floors and offers spacious living-room with sofa, coffee table, satellite TV and complimentery internet; a well equipped modern kitchen area with all necessary appliances - oven, extractor, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and utensils for preparing and serving food. In the open-plan living room there is a dinning area with table and chairs; fireplace and comfortable sofa where you can relax in front of the TV and just enjoy the incredible sea view from the windows in front.
The villa is serviced by four bathrooms, master bedroom having en-suite, each equipped with wash-basin, toilet and shower. Villa Poppy also has the benefit of a service room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
For the pleasure of adults and children on the ground floor of the villa there is a games room equipped with a 6ft snooker/ pool table, comfortable sofas, playstation 2, TV and many other games, where you can safely leave your kids to play while you enjoy your holiday or the sun outside near the pool. The games room leads directly to the pool area.
The villa has a private well maintained garden with grass play area for children and gorgeous outside private swimming pool with sun-beds and umbrellas. Near the pool area there is a BBQ with table and chairs for your morning coffee, afternoon cocktails or nice evening supper.
The villa is a perfect place for family holidays. Here you will find peace and quiet in a tranquil setting.

“Very clean , well maintained , with an inspiring seaview”
The villa's high position on a hill offers the best sea view . From left to right and towards the horizon , your eyes and thoughts will wander over a large spread of water . The shades of blue will change with clouds and wind and in the night the moon will silver the wavering dark . The sun rises over the flickering lights of Balchic , and sets behind the hill in the back . You'll need the windows shades only a few hours in the morning . Or you can use the air conditioners . The decorations , furniture and colors are of good taste and create a warm , welcoming sensation . The kitchen is equipped with more than we needed . The pool is of a very good quality and well maintained by specialized personnel . Nearby , from the main road , you can walk or drive to a concrete road along the sea shore . It's a very nice walk or bicycle ride by the sea . As for the beaches , we preferred the more savage , less customized beach between Kranevo and Albena . Many thanks to Andy , the house owner , with whom we had a very good communication , and helped us with all we needed .
