Description
The house is a delightful, bright and deceptively large family cottage beside the sea.The views are some of the best you'll see in Ireland with the house looking unimpeded across the sea to the Mull Of Kintyre and also to Maguire's golden strand. The house itself is ideal for families or for larger parties. There are 4 bedrooms, a living room, a lovely conservatory, 3 bathrooms,utility room and outside patio area which is ideal for barbecues on a summers evening,the patio area is complimented by a wonderful garden. The kitchen is very well laid out and has a gas cooker, dish washer, and a lovely Rayburn range.

“Rose cottage Balĺycastle”
A poorly presented property that was drab and poorly decorated . The beds were of poor quality and old fashioned ,the en-suite shower cubicle was very tiny and the window blind was not operative . There was a strong smell of heating oil each morning and only cleared when the window was opened . Overall not worth the high rate that we paid and was poor value There was no introductory booklet . The location was great and the local spar shop was really good . Our trip to Rathlin island was a brilliant experience and we would recommend this

“Fantastic”
The accomodation is really good and so close to all amenites. We have stayed here twice a year for the last few years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Love it.

“Perfect stay”
Myself & 3 other friends just had 4 night stay. Accommodation spacious and comfortable. Location great, by supermarket, coast, restaurants, take away, ferry terminal. Greeted by friendly owner’s rep. Would recommend.

“Home from Home”
This perfectly situated seaside home made our holiday a great holiday. I couldn't even begin to list all the things that was in this very clean well equipped home. Looks small from the outside but a great surprise awaits you. I would highly recommend this little gem and all my family that visited us during our stay have taken down all the details for Rose Cottage so they too can enjoy a holiday in Ballycastle. Shops ,Pubs walks beach are all at your door step we live in Australia now but staying there made it feel like home. Thank you Paul and Seamus both very easy to deal with great communication which really helps when you live overseas. I wouldn't stay anywhere else now when i visit again after finding this beautiful wee cottage xx
