This property is finished to a very high standard inside, with very large enclosed garden featuring a large decked area. There is lots to do in the area from a game of golf at the famous Connemara Golf Club, horse riding, pony trekking and much more. There are many sights in the area just waiting to be explored. This is the ideal location for the perfect holiday only a stroll away from the famous Coral Strand and boasting views from your front door of the beach and Mannin Bay, and mountain views from the rear of the property. Shop, pub, restaurant 1 km. Beach 100meters. Coastal walks 100meters. Fishing 1 km. Traditional music 1 km. Horse riding, pony trekking and golf are just 5km away. Children's Playground 1km. Connemara National Park is only 18km away from the property and definitely worth a visit during your stay. This park covers about 4000 acres of untamed countryside. The driving, cycling and walking loops and trails in and around this area are especially scenic. Clifden, only 6km away is the largest town in Connemara and is viewed as the regions capital. Clifden today is a lively spot with excellent restaurants offering varied cuisine ad many sociable pubs with traditional music on offer. It is a magical area and has to be visited to be believed.

Sitting room opens in to dining and Kitchen. Kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and double hob cooker. There are 3 bedrooms - 1 double bedroom with double bed and an en suite shower cubicle. Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom and bedroom 3 has bunk beds. There is a main family bathroom with shower, WC and sink. Oil central heating throughout property. Linen and towels included. Cot and high chair provided. Fully enclosed garden, garden seating, BBQ, private off-road parking. One pet welcome. Wi-Fi available. Electricity is charged on usage by meter reading from 31st of October to 31st of May and payable directly to the owner prior to departure.
