A Fully furnished with very nice built in furniture and with view of pool and city, 01 bedroom condo in 16th Floor of the B building of “The Base”, Onnut available for short term and long term rent.

10 minutes walking distance from Onnut BTS station, this 30Sqm fully air-conditioned condo is equipped with all necessary facilities for modern and comfortable living for 2 persons, with one bedroom with attached bathroom, living room, and kitchen area. Furniture include, Queen size bed, built-in closet, water heater, 32 inches LCD TV with cable connection, sofa, dining table, built-in kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, 2 induction hobs with stove hood, and kitchen wear ( plates, tea & coffee cups, kettle, wine glasses ,forks, spoons, pan, etc)

Free service: Once a week cleaning and changing of linen and towels, water and unlimited Wi-Fi internet. Renters also have the free access to the facilities of the apartment complex such as beautiful swimming pool, basket ball court and jogging tracks, and the garden space.

Apartment complex includes 24 hours self operated elevators, high security guard, CCTV, security key card access control, secured parking space, emergency light, fire extinguisher.

In order to make the life easy for the renters, a gym, sauna and steam room, laundry service, hair salon are available at the complex. Seven-Eleven super market is at the first floor while Big C, Tesco Lotus super markets are just around the corner with few minutes of walking distance. Central Bangna, Seacon Square, Paradise Park, IKEA and Mega Bangna can be reached via public bus or taxi.
