A wonderful old farmhouse lovingly-kept and convenient to the village and Acadia.
The ultimate of pastoral settings surrounds this comfortable Maine farmhouse...bird song, a babbling brook, aged fruit trees, a beaver pond, varied wildlife, and a magnificent mountain backdrop can all be yours to enjoy. The Great Meadow Loop Trail passes at the end of the driveway, and Kebo Valley Golf Course is just up the road. More than fifteen acres of peace and serenity are bordered by Acadia National Park, but it's just minutes into downtown Bar Harbor on foot or by car. If you stay here once, you'll want to return!
First floor: kitchen, breakfast area w/woodstove, 1/2 bath, laundry area, dining room w/door to deck, and living room w/fireplace and doors to screened porch.
Second floor: three bedrooms and a full bath.
There's even an outdoor shower for the truly adventurous! Mountain views from almost every room. Bright and inviting decor. Wonderful, quiet yet convenient place for a family vacation!
Weekly, Sat-Sat preferred. No smoking. No pets. Linens & towels provided.
Cleaning fee: $100 basic cleaning. Excess cleaning deducted from security deposit.
