Description
Watchtower house is an ideal holiday resort for the entire family. The villa is situated in an olive grove of 11 ha. It posesses an extra long pool with children section. A quiet beach is 350m away. The views to the sea are astonishing.
This beautiful, spacious villa has been built in 10,000 square metres of olive groves on a gently sloping hillside just above the North East coast.
Watchtower house has taken its name from an old tower situated next to the villa that was used to watch the enemy ships.
The house was made with care and classic taste. Expences weren't spared in the construction and we believe that has all the luxuries one can ask.
The house has three levels. In the ground level is the living room, kitchen and two bedrooms with their in suite bathrooms. In the upper level there are two bedrooms with their en suite batrooms and in the lower ground level is the playroom (mini-gym, pool table, PS3) plus two beds, a bathroom and a laundry room.
Outside, an attractive shaded al fresco dining area is complemented by a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen next to the barbecue all under a shaded pergola. We don’t think you will be able to drag yourselves away from this love spot! The scene is completed by an exceptionally large horizon pool with a small shallow childrens’ section and a further shaded area behind the villa which houses a table tennis. Additional children's play facilities can be found on the grass by the pool. The views along the entire coastline, across to Albania and down to Corfu Town, are simply stunning at all times of the day and can be enjoyed from all the main areas of the house and terraces. The grounds feature paths for exploring and many fruit trees from which you can pick and sample delicious fruit - Quite simply an excellent villa that seems to fulfil most peoples’ expectations and exceed many!
Also last but not least the high mountain summit that can be seen from the back side of the house.

Living/dining room with patio doors to terraces and pool area. Kitchen. Double bedroom with en suite shower room. Twin bedroom with en suite bathroom leads out to terrace overlooking the ruins of the “watch tower” .
Stairs to first floor: Double bedroom with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi® bath and separate shower. Twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi® bath, all leading onto a large sea-facing balcony.
Lower ground level (accessed by internal stairs) offers an additional spacious sitting area with two large sofas that convert into beds (ideal for teenagers and can accommodate another 2 people and both sofa beds are offers wardrobe space), television with DVD, full sized pool table, mini gymnasium featuring treadmill, exercise bike, mat and weights. Shower room. Utility room. Patio doors to a terrace area with steps leading up to the pool.

“Absolutely fabulous view to die for!”
