Large, bright apartment with superb terrace and view of the emblematic Sagrada Familia.
Completely renovated in early 2020, the apartment is ideally located a few steps from the Sagrada Familia and Avenue Gaudi. It is also very well served by transport with two metro stations just 5 minutes' walk away.
The terrace is the major asset of this apartment, enjoy the view and the sun in the morning while having breakfast.
The living room which leads directly to the terrace is composed of a large comfortable sofa, a large Smart TV and a dining area that can accommodate all tenants.
A desire to cook? You will love the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster,…
The sleeping area is made up of 4 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds.
A first large bedroom leading directly onto the terrace with large double bed and its full suite bathroom.
A second bedroom with a double bed. The third with two single beds and finally the fourth with a single bed and its office area.
A second spacious bathroom with shower and WC.
Cleaning is carried out by professionals before your stay. It is equipped with air conditioning, heating and a washing machine.
Check-in regular time between 13h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€. Late check-out can be possible for 30€ more until 17h00, please check that on arrival with your contact. The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler.
Barcelona city tax not included: 4€ per night per person.
- Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine
- This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros
