Description

You have been exclusively chosen to admire the masterpiece of the modernist architect Antoni Gaudi, la Sagrada Familia, because we have no doubt the most amazing views in the whole city. Our centric luxury flats are licensed by Catalonian tourism office and are fully equipped: quality bedding, fresh towels and all you need in the kitchen. AA, Heating, Free WiFi internet and SAT TV .We are Artur and Joana. We live in the same buiding and assist you with tour information and best tips. Having a reception we are very flexible. Minivan shuttle in 20 minutes from/to the airport.
All flats have two bedrooms with balconies and 20 m2 living room has 2 balconies more that face the cathedral's main facade. Lots, lots of natural light in the whole flat!. Huge terrace (125sqm) is just a dream come true for sunbathers and admirers of great views. Spanish breakfast, best tapas and Dinners offered in it. Tapas restaurants, Fresh food market, and excellent connections to all sites just 50 meters from the apartment

Response from the owner Querido Sr Gabriel, como ya le explique en su momento detalladamente tras realizar su reserva, el error de que fuera aceptada su reserva fue debido a un problema tecnico de sincronizacion que tuvo la pagina de Trip Advisor, TOTALMENTE ajeno a la propiedad. Puntualicemos: Quien le cobro fue Trip advisor. Si esto no hubiera sido asi, no le habrian devuelto INTEGRO el importe de la misma como asi ha sido y sin ocasionarle ningun "mayor costo". Entiendo su disgusto, pero lo siento pero no entendemos en absoluto su enfado con la propiedad y nos parece lamentable que nos eche la culpa a nosotros, cuando le reiteramos cual era el problema y despues del trato y asistencia que le ofrecimos intermediando durante varios dias con la agencia. Saludos cordiales.
