Description
Keepers cottage offers country luxury, within the peace and tranquility of Northumberland National Park. The cottage is less than 2 miles from the best section of Hadrian's Wall. It is situated in a rural location just north of Hadrian's wall, about 5 miles north of the village of Bardon Mill.
Keepers Cottage sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms. There is also a cot available. The downstairs bedroom has a sumptuous 4 poster bed which is 6 feet wide. There is an en suite bathroom which has a stone flag floor with underfloor heating. Upstairs the bedroom has twin 3 feet wide beds which can also be arranged as a double. This also has an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower. All laundry and towels are included in the price.
When you arrive there is a welcome pack which includes fresh flowers, and a bottle of wine to enjoy on your arrival. You will be shown around the cottage, by the owner, and there is also home baking to enjoy with a cup of tea.
The kitchen is fully equipped including coffee maker, cooker, dishwasher etc, and there is also an adjoining laundry room with washer dryer, and drying facilitys.
The cottage has underfloor heating throughout, which is included in the price. The heat is produced in our new biomass boiler which makes heat and hot water for the farm house as well. Logs are included for the woodburning stove
