This detached cottage is located in the Teesdale village of Holwick near to Middleton and can sleep two people in one bedroom.Meadows Edge is a detached cottage situated in the Teesdale hamlet of Holwick near to Middleton and twelve miles from Barnard Castle. With one double bedroom and an ensuite bathroom, this cottage is ideal for a couple. The cottage also contains a well equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room with an electric stove. Outside the cottage is a garden with outdoor furniture and off road parking for one car. Set in a beautiful and remote part of the country, Meadows Edge is a wonderful cottage for a couple looking to get away from it all.

Amenities: Gas central heating with electric stove. Gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, TV with built in DVD player. Wifi. Shared use of laundry room with automatic washer and dryer. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. One small, well-behaved pet welcome. Garden with garden furniture. Off road parking for 1 car. The village is well served by local amenities and has a pub that serves food as well as a farm-butcher's shop with café situated on the owner's farm. Designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the surrounding region is a paradise for walkers and lovers of country life. Nearby, and within walking distance, is the magnificent waterfall of High Force whilst just a short distance away the Pennine Way passes close by. Middleton, Mickleton and Romaldkirk are wonderful picturesque villages in the near vicinity, whilst the ancient market town of Barnard Castle is well worth a visit.
