This lovely wing to the owners' home is situated close to Barnstaple and sleeps two people.Little Willesleigh is a superb wing to the owners' home situated in the village of Goodleigh, three miles from Barnstaple. This single-storey cottage sleeps two people and has a zip/link super king-size double bedroom with en-suite shower, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire and a conservatory with comfy seating. Outside there's off road parking for one car and an enclosed, side lawned garden with patio and furniture. Little Willesleigh is a wonderful holiday home for a couple.
Amenities: Oil central heating with electric fire. Electric hob/oven, fridge & microwave. Wi-Fi, TV , DVD, hair dryer, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Secure bike storage in garage. Enclosed, side lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Motorbike tourers are welcome as the property benefits from on-site secure garage parking. Please note: there are five external steps leading up to the property. Please note: this property only accepts adults.
