2500 square foot House. The Ascher Vacation house is the perfect vacation place, a private house where you can enjoy peace and quiet, panoramic views of hills and lush green trees and white sand beaches of Laiya San Juan Batangas (which is approx. 20 mins drive from the house).

It's a 3 level house; 1st level is a two car garage and at the back is a huge function room open area (perfect for hosting events like, weddings, birthdays, baptism etc.).

2nd level is the fully furnished kitchen with huge refrigerator freezer, a range combination gas stove and electric oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker and all the utensils so you can cook your own food and bring your own drinks. Has centralized air condition. Lovely living room with 50 inch Full HD LG TV with cable channels. A guest room with king bed and room has LG inverter type AC. Adjacent to the guest room is a full bath with hot & cold shower.

3rd level has 3 bedrooms and each room has LG inverter type AC: 1st room is the kid's bed room with a race car theme single bed, the 2nd room has a queen bed, just outside both rooms is a full bathroom each with hot & cold shower and the 3rd room is the Master Bedroom has a king bed with a master on suite bath with separate soaking tub & hot & cold shower and a 29 inch Full HD Panasonic TV. Has a front and back balcony where you can lie down, relax and enjoy the summer breeze and smell the fresh air from green trees.

Also, during your stay a caretaker will assist you how to use any equipment in the house, can assist you in cooking, cleaning-up and even going to the market.

The rental includes beach front access; including access to swimming pool and first class restaurant at Playa Laiya Beach Resort.
