A beautiful Georgian townhouse right in the centre of Bath offering luxury self catering accommodation for groups up to 9 people.
This property is stylish, modern and perfect for groups. Best of all, it is minutes from all the sites, the Thermae Bath Spa, shops, bars and restaurants of Bath. Bath Spa Station and bus/coach park are less than 5 minutes away. You will not need a car, you can walk everywhere.
The ground floor has a open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. This large room has Georgian sash windows opening on to the street outside, but with plantation shutters giving you the privacy you need. There is a dining table for 9, comfortable, modular sofa seating for 9, fireplace, wall mounted widescreen TV with DVD and MP3 players. Beautiful crystal chandeliers, Farrow & Ball colours complement the look!
The fitted kitchen with wooden work tops, butler sink, has plenty of cupboards and shelving. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you require for a self catering break including microwave, dishwasher, Smeg cooker, and Smeg retro style fridge/freezer .
Leading off the kitchen/lounge area is a walk in wet room and a king/twin bedroom. The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility.
A stairway leads down to the lower ground floor. The lobby area has plenty of hanging space, cupboards and a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two bedrooms on this floor, one a triple room with 3 single beds, the other bedroom has 3 single beds - 2 can combine to form a king size bed. There is a walk in wet room with large shower and underfloor heating. Also a feature bathroom, with cast iron slipper roll top bath, feature wall mural and walk in shower. This all leads on to a central area with sofa bed, feature wall mural, and the original vault has been converted into a games room with wall mounted TV, DVD and MP3 players, Xbox 360 , bean bag seating - perfect for an evening of movies, games and generally chilling out! The whole area has under floor heating.
Quality linen and towels are proved, Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the building.
