Spacious condo situated in the Heart of Bavaro Beach, Punta Cana, with private access to the beach.

Completely furnished and meticulously decorated with good taste. Among our many amenities, you will be assisted by a wonderful multilingual Host and Hostess during your stay. Also a 55 inch and a 46” smart TVs with international channels, Fire-TV-Stick/ Alexa Voice Control, Private Internet, Home Theater Sound Bar…all available for your enjoyment.

Appliances are stainless steel top of the line. The Condo consists of high-ceiling rooms with inverter air-conditioning and ceiling fans in every room, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, balconies, a modern laundry room, and a fully equipped kitchen & dining area. Comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.

This private near-beach-Condo is situated within a secure gated complex of private villas, 24/7 private double security, Club House, swimming pool, offering you a peaceful place to get away from your routine. Rental cars are very affordable from reputable companies, check these websites and make your reservation online prior to your arrival. Driving in the area of Bavaro-Punta Cana is safe. Public transportation is very limited and you don’t need to spend your money unnecessarily on costly taxis.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jeannie and Luis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
