The property is surrounded by a host of restaurants, bistros & cafes. 10/15 minute walk to Belfast City Centre/Hall. 20 minute walk to Titanic/Odyssey/Waterfront area. 5 minute walk to Ulster Museum, Botanic Gardens, Lyric Theatre, Stranmillis Village and 10 minute walk to Great Victoria Street Bus & Train Station, Crown Bar, Grand Opera House & Europa Hotel.
Belfast's University area is friendly and you will also be within a short distance to some of the City's coolest nightclubs & superb shopping. The Stormont Estate and Ravenhill Rugby Ground are 10/15 minutes away by Car or Taxi. A car is not necessary for this property as most of Belfast's main attractions are within walking distance. Free on-street car parking.

“Large house & good value”
Had a good stay here. Well appointed and large front room, good kitchen, working wi-fi. Don’t expect too much from the decor of the bedrooms and bathrooms but everything was clean and tidy. The owner was very friendly and helpful and this is a good value option for groups of people meeting up for a short stay in Belfast.
