This sea view rental is centrally located 5 miles from the Airport and 5 miles from downtown Belize City; perfect if you want to be near the City but be close enough to the Airport!

It comes with a beautiful mahogany queen bed, closet, microwave, mini-fridge, table, chairs, dinnerware, and a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

A 40'x16' Infinity Pool with Overwater and Poolside Decks with picnic tables and chairs is available onsite for your enjoyment!

We also offer Airport Pickup/Drop-off services, as well as dedicated transportation service to anywhere in Belize.

A public transportation bus stop is located about 200 feet away.

Enjoy excellent Sea Views from the balcony outside this elegant sea-view studio. The property sits on the edge of the waterside and offers a cool, refreshing Caribbean Sea breeze.

PUBLIC BUSES pass See Belize Vacation Rental during REGULAR WORKING HOURS: Mondays-Fridays - every 15-30 minutes Saturdays - every 1/2 to 1 hour Sundays - every 1 to 2 hours Public & Bank Holidays - sporadically The cost to and from downtown Belize City is BZ$2.25 (US$1.125) each way. If you want to go toward downtown Belize City, simply cross the road and wait for the bus to go in that direction. If you want to go North, stay on the same side as See Belize Vacation Rentals. Vehicles drive on the right side of the road. Please note that the cost of 1 gallon of gasoline is US$7.

House rules

ENERGY CONSERVATION POLICY: TURN OFF ALL Lights, Fan, and Air Conditioner when not in use and when leaving the unit. This will avoid our Housekeeper or Front Desk from having to turn them off.

NO SMOKING POLICY: DO NOT SMOKE in the unit, only OUTSIDE.

Failure to adhere will result in a US$150 fine that will be deducted from your Damage Deposit, so as to cover the extensive cost of restoring the unit back to its smoke-free condition.

CHILDREN: A child must be at least 6+ years old be a guest.

“Above and Beyond”

Stayed here for 2 days, it was nice, chill and quiet. Staff was very helpful. The room was clean and nicely put together. I ordered food: delivery wasn't offered due to a hurricane power outage - so staff got on a bus to pick it up for me. Overall very nice and helpful people. My experience here was very relaxing and memorable. Thank you.
