“Honduran adventure and Restful Times” Victoria and Henry Karpinski were amazing hosts. The accommodations in the penthouse were actually...breathtaking. Everything inside was clean, orderly and practical to just live and relax. The views were incredible and beautiful blue, green, and coral colored water views from every window and decks! The restaurant one story below was so convenient to grab a meal or snack then come back upstairs and relax. The kayaks and snorkeling equipment you can use while staying with Henry & Victoria are a fantastic way to get out and do some adventure time. The sea life is incredible and taking the kayak a short distance will take you to deserted sandy beaches. Thank you Victoria and Henry for a fabulous vacation! I will be sure to tell my friends and family to come visit! Mariners Landing, a short ride across the sea was terrific and would love to help find some buyers for your beach front properties. Henry's construction work was top-notch and your design work on layout and decorating was fabulous! Keep up the good work...

“Heaven” There just aren't enough adjectives to do this review justice. This is a once in a lifetime lovely, relaxing, fun and pleasant place to vacation. Peter and the staff took care of every request starting from the moment of booking this vacation. We were able to provide information about our likes/dislikes as it pertains to comfort, food, drink, privacy or not, activities we like to do, etc before we arrived. Peter also helped us plan our time on both ends of the trip on the island so we could enjoy the Belize mainland. I would recommend doing the same and not missing any moments you have to spend on the island. Take an excursions on the mainland before and/or after your booking dates for the island. Peter and the staff accommodated every request we had even if it meant going to the mainland to bring something in to meet the request. The other reviews about The Royal Belize are exactly what we experienced too. The up-to-date technology is wonderful. You use connected ipads/itouches for music, communication to the staff and entertainment in every home and the main Palapa. We were even able to connect our ipads to the sound system and we played (with the other couple we came with) name that song/artist. It was great fun. You will not be let down when you travel to this destination spot I like to call Heaven. Thank you to Peter and staff for bringing a part of Heaven into our lives.

“Excellent Family Vacation” My family and I had a wonderful time at Casa Caribena. We met 4 other families there (who also had kids). The location is the best you can find...right on the beach in a gorgeous, safe spot. The coral right outside our door provided tons of snorkeling fun for the adults and great tide-pooling for the kids. (I do recommend everyone bring water shoes so you can play more comfortably in the ocean). The house crew were exceptional too. They cooked and cleaned up after us, which made meals so easy for busy parents. It also made it a simple process to stock the house with food because Lily went to the store for us and saved us a ton of time (which is better spent on the beach or in the pool). The house is super clean, cool and comfortable and very large. I highly recommend to any families who are looking for a get-away but with ease and comfort for the kiddos. P.S. I also give huge kuddos to Lisa who answered endless questions from me and so was patient and kind. She was wonderful to deal with and made us feel welcomed. I'd definietly come back!!!

“Best winter getaway ever” Case Caribena is an amazing, spacious, spotless home in a fantastic location with wonderfully thoughtful staff. We were a group of 12 adults and thouroughly enjoyed everything the Casa has to offer. Pricci, Lily and the staff kept the house, pools and grounds in perfect condition. Lilly's cooking can't be beat for a relaxing, delicious meal. We ate out a few times, but Lily's food was the best. Wifi worked well for us. A few of us signed up for international calling with our cell providers and it worked as needed without much issue. Our family is already trying to figure out when we can return! The owner, Lisa, is extremely responsive and helpful, recommending restaurant and fishing excursion companies that were great. Plenty to do in close proximity. Ceynote's everywhere, ruins, shopping, restaurants, grocery for stocking up within 10 minutes of the house.

“Unique High-End Private Beachfront Escape” Casa Vela is a beautifully designed "beach house", with all the amenities and toys one would want for a Playa del Carmen getaway. It feels like you are in your own hotel. The dining area is a huge open deck with wide views of the beach and the jungle. Literally on the beach.

“Great if you want to be active or just relax!” Club Natale is located in right next to some of the best snorkeling on the island. In addition, the condos are located on a hill next to the beach which allows great view of the ocean. It probably takes 30 seconds to walk to the beach which is very private and located right next a lagune. Great place. It has a peace about it which is really nice.

“One of the best condos at chac hal al” This is by far one of the best condos I have satayed in chac hal al, it has one of the best views in the complex, you can sit in the terrace and relax watching the marina entrance, or look over to the puerto aventuras bay, and the ocean in front of you, the condo is in ecxellent condition, with all the amenities it makes you feel at home, service personel were very polite and helpfull, Thank you very much for your help anatolia, We look forward to visit casa linda very soon, Congratulations to the owners and the staff, Best regards

“15 days by the sea” A very special place this Casa del Cielo de las Estrellas. Far from the crowded areas, close enough to the village of Mahahual for basic shopping, with a private enchanted beach, the house has pretty much everything you need. Don't expect luxury, but good taste in interior and exterior decorating is everywhere. You'll have that warm feeling of being in a good place. The house is not big but we never felt like we needed more space (I have to mention that, for one week, 3 friends came along and joined us). No conditioned air, but the windows were open almost all the time (don't worry about bugs, there are screens at every single window) and that was enough to cool down the place even at 40 C outside. The breeze from the sea was almost perpetual and it made a big difference. Things to do around there: swim and snorkel right in front of your house, go visit the myriad of Mayan ruins, fish and cook your capture (even I was able to catch fish), go kayaking, look for sea shells and marine snails. Or just sit on one of the 3 terraces or under the palapa just nearby the shore line and have a drink or a cup of tea. Regarding activities, Rudolf's Internet site is a gold mine data wise. And he'll answer your questions in no time. You'll love the taste of the fresh fruits there (don't hesitate one moment to buy them from the vendors on the side of the highways) and, if you're not very swanky, you'll like the local made cheese and ham as well. We ate 2 or 3 times at the local restaurants and a few other times outside Mahahual, in little "cocina"s located in small villages. The simple, not very fancy ones, won by far, in my opinion. Anyway, if you're looking for tranquillity and you're trying to get disconnected from today`s world tumult, Casa del Cielo de las Estrellas is the place to be. Did we lack anything while there? Yes: a blender and a shaker! Will we go back? Certainly. If time will allow. That's another thing we lacked there. Whish we could've stayed longer...

“Paradisiacal place” We spent an great time in Swan Villages. The Villa is amazing. I have never seen anything similar: spectacular architecture and beautiful environment. I recommend the place to everyone that loves the nature.
