Villa NORMA B - Bellaria centro - 480 mt MARE - da 6 a 8 /10 letti - 3 servizi (1 senza doccia) - 3 camere da letto - Lavatrice - TV - Garage - Giardinetto - Spazio esterno attrezzato con tavolo e ombrellone (6 posti) - Via Lamone 31/33.

Minimo 14 notti MEDIA-ALTA Stagione con periodi collegati (senza creazione di vuoti) - Altri periodi su richiesta -

Recente costruzione (2005) in posizione molto tranquilla a ca. 150 mt dalla Piazza Matteotti, la principale Piazza di Bellaria. Casa moderna, confortevole, con ambienti ampi, ca. 150mq, si sviluppa su 4 livelli collegati con scale interne.

Villa B (posta sul retro) 3 CAMERE / 3 BAGNI Posto sul retro, è composta da: al pianoterra soggiorno molto ampio con due portafinestra che si affacciano sul prato ed è arredato con tavolo 10 posti, un secondo tavolo di servizio, mobile credenza e divano letto matrimoniale; bagno con antibagno senza doccia indi cucinotto con blocco cottura completo di forno, frigorifero con freezer e porta finestra sul giardino.

Al primo piano si trovano le 2 camere da letto, una matrimoniale con armadio, comò e balcone alla francese e l’altra con finestra e mobile a parete con inseriti i due letti di cui uno a vista e l’altro a scomparsa (questa camera è molto grande e qui ci stanno altri letti singoli); sul pianerottolo ampio bagno con box doccia. Al piano superiore c’è una terza camera matrimoniale con finestra e bagno con box doccia e balcone.

Lo spazio esterno è costituito da un bel giardino a prato che gira tutto attorno alla casa; lateralmente ombrellone grande e tavolo per 6 posti comodi.

Nel seminterrato ricovero per la lavatrice e garage per una auto di medie dimensioni e scala con accesso diretto all'appartamento.

Arrivi / partenze DOMENICA (su richiesta altre date) - MINIMO 7 notti in bassa stagione / MINIMO 14 notti in alta stagione.

A ca 800 mt FF.SS station (nice shady walk in the pedestrian zone) or taxi stationed at the station. The line is the -Ravenna RIMINI, every 30 '. urban Bus stop NR 4 to 150 mt. on the nearby Via Panzini; every 20 'ran for RIMINI from where tourist buses to the region and beyond (SAN MARINO, RICCIONE, GRADARA, URBINO, SAN LEO, SANTARCANGELO, etc.) By train in the opposite direction are CESENATICO, CERVIA and RAVENNA. PARKS: MIRABILANDIA by train to then free bus class for the park - ITALIAN MINIATURE with direct bus - AQUAFAN via RIMINI-RICCIONE. In Summer GT Bus lines connect all Bellaria in Italy for those who love to move by car to the train.
