This luxury apartment is situated in Capanes del Golf near Puerto Banus. It is a hugely popular luxury development located between the Coast and the pretty white pueblo village of Benahavis-famous for its array of good quality restaurants.The development is set in stunning landscaped gardens and indoor heated pool,five outdoor pools,gym,jacuzzi and a sauna.The spacious living room has direct access to the large terrace with views of the surrounding golf course,sea and mountains.The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning throughout and under floor heating in the bathrooms.There are 3 good sized bedrooms,4 bathrooms,large kitchen and private terrace area.It is a luxurious apartment with vertical garden,marble floors,design furnishings and flat screen TV.
ATTENTION !!! You can use parking place 7 and 4 in underground parking strictly !!!! In case of usage any other parking place in underground parking you will be charge 50e penalty !!!
