The apartment features: •Spacious Terrace with 2 x sunbeds & table/chairs to seat 6 with peaceful sea views!

•Huge roof terrace that bathes in sun all day long and has spectacular countryside views!

•Spacious lounge with TV providing Spanish channels, and Satellite ASTRA channels inclusive with French German and usual International Channels.TV with Decoder Astra 19.2 TNT SAT •Stereo system.

•Fast WiFi internet included, Optical Fiber VDSL from Movistar! (300MB) •Fully equipped kitchen (including oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine etc.) •1 suite (master bedroom) and 2 Bedrooms all with direct access to the terrace, •2 lovely bathrooms (bath and shower in both).

•Gated secure parking.

•Hire because not 100% necessary, as bus route just 5 mins easy walk away going to Fuengirola or Benalmádena and the beach is just 5 mins walk away too!

•Communal swimming pools, x 2 adults pools and kids pool! Pools are open from 15th April to 15th October (sunbeds available around the pool!).

•Walking distance to seafront and bus route, takes around 5 minutes to walk.

•2 large supermarkets (popular with locals so cheap) 15 mins walk away or 2 mins taxi trip! (Mercadona and SuperCor) •Roof terrace with beautiful panoramic views of Countryside and Malaga Mountains! All day sun on the terraces meaning you can sunbathe in total privacy to your heart's content!

5-minute walk from the bus stop with regular buses travelling to Benalmadena (5 minute ride) or Fuengirola (10-15 minute ride)!

5 minutes walk from the seafront, with various small Cove Beaches to enjoy in the area, or travel to Benalmadena Fuengirola Beaches which are golden or soft wide and many kilometres long!

Situated right in between the popular Beach Resort Towns of Fuengirola and Benalmadena! A hire car is recommended, but with one (not 100% required as we can arrange cheap private airport transfers to/from Malaga Airport) you have both towns within a 2-5 minute drive offering the following attractions!: •Bioparc - Fuengirola's award winning zoo!

•The Aquapark in Fuengirola is a 10 minute drive away and the Torremolinos Aquapark 10-15 minute drive away!

•Fuengirola and Benalmadena Marina are lovely and 15/10 minute drive away respectively.

•Benalmadena and Fuengirola both have market days on at various days of the week!

•Selwo Marina - Dolphin and Sea Lion Shows, located in Benalmádena just a 5 minute drive away!

•Paloma Park, a large nature park with lakes, large kids play areas and grassy areas for picnics etc! -5 minutes drive away.

•SeaLife Center in Benalmadena Marina, just a 10 minute drive!
