Description

A good sized apartment with rooms that are well planned out so it has the feel of a house. It is a very private complex with two bedrooms nicely set out in the style of a Andalucian village with gardens and swimming pool, private car park with security, 500 meters from beach, restaurants, shops and bars all within a 2 minute walk but without the noise.

The apartment has a kitchen, utility room, dining room/lounge, T.V and DVD. Two terraces front and back to ensure you make the best of the sunshine. Very good for children (we have 3 ourselves).

Just 50 yards away is a full sized pool with a shallow area for the very young and it is set in tasteful gardens, or alternatively you can walk to the bottom of the road and enjoy the beach.

Please note during the winter our pool is closed 1 October 2019 until 30 April 2020 (except for Easter week in April)

“Enjoyable stay”

Compact accommodation set in lovely well maintained grounds in a fantastic location very close to the shops and the beach. Unfortunately we were notified late in the day that the pool would be closed from October until April. The whole pool area was closed of so sunbathing at the pool area was not an option. Also if you are travelling in the summer season there is a booklet in the property with information on how to rent sun loungers and other equipment. The very close by Balmoral Hotel were happy to allow us to use their facilities and the beach was very close by.

“Benalmádena holiday”

We are having a great time the apartment is well situated there is a quite a few restaurants and pubs around the area, The Marina is about a 20 -25 min walk along the prom which has loads of restaurants and pubs along the way either on the prom or the Main Street then the Marina is beautiful with lots of Fish and steak restaurants around the bay and a lovely Chinese buffet place called Woks where they cook your meal on the grill in front of you, Bonaza Square which is little Britain is about 10 mins from the apartment full of cheaper British style pubs and restaurants good atmosphere and lively.

“Laderas del mediterano”

Apartment was clean and tidy. Everything you need in the apartment(apart from euro plug adaptor which we usually take) so the supermarket run was just for essentials no messing about because you need something at midnight). 5 mins from the beach! Plenty of places to eat on the beach road and nearby. Needed to speak to Helen a few times before and twice whilst there..she responded immediately most times and if not within minutes. And dont worry the two times in Spain were one for directions and the other for a bit of help which she sorted out within the hour. it was very quiet at night and the pool is amazing. Just dont book it the week i want it.
