Description

This is a great apartment and has fantastic outdoor space to relax on.

Pueblo Evita is a very popular complex but please be aware that it was built on a hill so there are a number of steps to access the facilities. The resort is split in two and this apartment is raised up from the road that splits the complex so is on the ground floor of the upper section. This means that you do not have steps to climb to access the apartment itself. You can see this from one of the photos to give you an idea of the location.

700m to the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Everything is on the doorstep and within easy walking distance.

On entering this bright apartment you will go into the lounge/kitchen/dining area. The lounge area seats four and is air conditioned and has a music system. The television shows Spanish and English speaking channels. The apartment also has fibre optic internet connection.

The kitchen is very well equipped with a full oven and hob and washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and many other kitchen utensils.

The dining table seats four but there are other chairs available in the apartment should you have guests.

The family bathroom is accessed off to the right which has a bath with shower above. The jacuzzi function of either bathroom cannot be used.

Also accessed from the lounge area are the two bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 is a double with an en-suite full bathroom with a bath and shower above and wardrobe space. This bedroom has air conditioning and a safe.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and access to the terrace area and also has air conditioning.

This apartment has great outdoor space which is accessed from the lounge area and also bedroom 2. There is a outside table and chairs, a lovely area for any meal anytime of the day. There are 2 reclining chairs and 2 sun loungers with cushions.

Pueblo Evita as a resort is very popular and guests return year after year.

The complex is spilt by a road and this apartment is right in the middle. To access the apartment entrance you can cut through the lower part of the complex to avoid using the hill. There are 3 swimming pools. An indoor one which is open November to March (which can be subject to change) and 2 outdoor ones. One of which is on the rooftop of the apartment block. Opening hours may vary but they are always displayed. One outdoor pool is on the lower section of the complex which is where you will find the Clubhouse restaurant and Sam´s bar which also offers food and entertainment. The other outdoor pool is located on the rooftop and this apartment is located at the bottom of the steps that access this pool. This is where the indoor pool is too.

Although this apartment is marked as smokers welcome smoking is strictly not allowed inside the apartment. We ask our smoking guests to use the outside space and thank them for their co-operation.

For families wishing to holiday together we also have 2 other 2 bed 2 bath apartments available for rent in this complex and also a 1 bedroom.

Check in time for the accommodation is 16.00pm and check out is 10.00am but this is flexible and we try to have all our guests in and settled as soon as we can.

Travel cots, pushchairs, high chairs, sun loungers, beach umbrellas, cool boxes, fans etc., are all available for hire. Enquire about rental costs. If there is something you need for your holiday that we don´t rent out ourselves let us know and we will try and source it for you.

Bed linen and 1 bath and 1 hand towel provided per week for each guest. Beach towels are not provided but are available for rent at a cost of €2.50 per guest per stay.

This apartment is managed by Benalrent, a husband and wife team with 10 years experienced in the holiday rental market. We pride ourselves on the service we offer and in making your holiday stress free as we know how hard people work for their annual break, as do we. We have over 15 properties advertised on Holiday Lettings.

On your day of arrival you will be met at the property with the keys.

For guests with a flight arrival time after 22.00PM there will be a €30 meet & greet charge.

Getting around

The local bus service is cheap and reliable and the bus stops can be found on the main road less than 10 minutes walk away. From the local tobacconists shop you can purchase a bus card which you pre pay so you do not need cash each time you use the bus. This is very handy. You can visit Malaga, Fuengirola, Mijas all great places to visit while you are in the area. The train station in Arroyo de las Miel is about a 15 minute walk. There will be details on things to see and do in the apartment. You do not need a car to stay here

On arrival I will meet you at the property with the keys to show you in and tell you about the complex and the area. There will be info in the apartment on things to see and do around and about. Pueblo Evita is managed by myself and my husband Nigel of Benalrent and we will always be available as a contact in the resort as this is where we live. If for any reason we are not available there will always be a replacement contact details listed for use during your stay.

“Fantastic service”

Having booked through Ann previously and always received the most amazing customer service in apartments which were always spotlessly clean, this year we had booked again. However, due to Covid-19, the holiday was put on hold, then not, then put on hold again! Ann kept me completely up to date with the situation in Benelmadena and my queries were always answered. Unfortunately the holiday has now been cancelled. But when we can return, we will, and we will be booking through Ann.
