There is also the Donizzetti Theatre (approx. 400 yards) and just a little bit further, the art gallery, Galleria d'Arte Moderna e Contemporanea (GaMec).
A swimming pool, cycling, gym, tennis court and ice-skating rink are also within walking distance of the property.
