Description

At ärrival you have to fill out a check-in paper. It asks you about information e.g. Name, adress and passport number.

For bookings from 01.Januar.2014 an accommodation täx is to be päid in Berlin. The City Täx is 5% of the net room rate. Limited to a continuous stay period of 21 days. Excluded business travels.

Our apartments are located in the center of Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg.

By tram (bus stop directly outside the door) from Alexanderplatz in 5 minutes. From there you can explore Berlin's attractions easily.

Prenzlauer Berg is known for the Kollwitz Platz, the culture brewery with theaters, clubs and cinemas. But the newly restored Jewish synagogue, the restored water tower and the unique architectural features are the Prenzl'berg.

Not to forget the special cultural neighborhood with restaurants, pubs, the many small shops and street markets.

Equipment

Our apartment is designed with approximately 68 m² for 1-5 persons. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and is located in the first Floor in the wing.

In the first Rooms are two single beds (90x200), (90x200), a wardrobe and bedside tables.

In the second Rooms are two single beds (80x200), (80x200).

In the third Rooms are , TV is a double sofa bed, balcony, Wi-Fi ....

The respective residential areas are covered with laminate.

The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, pots, dishes, and table, chairs ...

The bathroom has a shower, hand basin, WC and window. It is tiled.

How do damage deposits work?

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
