Nice townhouse, literally 3 1/2 blocks to the beach. Plenty of space, and it comfortably slept 6 adults and teenagers. Only about 60 townhouses are in the complex, which has a small private pool and tennis court. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable, and the dining room table easily seats 8 people. The wallpaper and some of the decorations made us smile and the wifi is a bit slow, but we're at the beach and it really doesn't matter. The house has an electric stove, which I wasn't used to. Great air conditioning. The resident parking pass came in handy when driving chairs, etc., to the beach. Even the teenagers had nice things to say about the house and its location. This rental is a hidden treasure and we'll definitely be back.

I was here with some friends, 5 total. This was a great house. House was clean. Plenty of space for us. The walk was not bad at all to the beach. We used the pool once and it was really nice. Didn't cook at all so I can't comment on the stove.
In my opinion the house is a bit old fashioned but as long as that's not a deal breaker I think you'll be very pleased. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

409 Bethany drive, love the place, love the tennis. Stayed at this location 2 years ago and was surprised to see it not as clean as before, I cleaned the bathrooms and all was well, place was cleaner after we left. Who cares about a little dust here and there while you are at the beach. Had a super week, weather was perfect for us and when we had trouble getting into the tennis courts wilgus was right on it thank you. We will be returning again to Bethany Beach for sure and will be using Wilgus asso.

Place was nice however, Outside light was burned out and not replaced. Same thing occurred last year when we stayed, the outside front light was burned out and not replaced. Some light bulbs inside in overhead lighting needs to be replaced. bulbs burned out.

Bethany Beach is a family tradition! This unit could do with some updating from a decorating point of view, but aside from that, it has everything you need for a great family vacation--the kitchen is fully equiped. It's walking distance to the beach, the boardwalk, the shops, and the restaurants. The screened in porch is a real plus too. The pool and the tennis courts are great to have in the development. This is a corner unit so the rooms are slightly larger than some others we have rented--and it gives you more light from the side windows. It would love to have a king size bed in the master bedroom, but not if it meant the rent went up!

We arrived earlier than expected and the staff at Wilgus was kind enough to let us check in early. The house was bigger than I expected after looking at the website and was perfect for my families stay. Bethany Pines was quiet and the pool was amazing with warm water and never over-crowded! I would vacation there again next summer!

Transaction and follow-up from Wilgus was exceptional. No unexpexted surprises. Property was in good condition in quiet community with a nice pool. Interior decorating was in need of updates, but, knew that from the pictures prior to renting. Appliances (Microwave) was old, Pots and pans could use updating, and Pull-Out Couch sagged in the middle. Wicker Chairs in the living room were not that comfortable, and LCD TV was rather small. There were many Knick-Knacks and decorations, which had to be moved so the children would not get into them. Interior was clean, although not as clean as we would have liked with small children who crawl around on the floor and touch everything :). Wi-fi Internet was helpful for work tasks. We had a nice stay for the week and location was close/easy walk to the beach and boardwalk.

Our family loved this house! It was close to everything, but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Loved the community pool, outside shower and screened in porch.
One thing...owner needs new pillows. Not everyone likes feather pillows. Need some good hypoallergenic ones as an alterntative. Loved that everything we needed was there. Sheets were provided, kitchen was well stocked!
Loved working with the Realtor...they were great. We will be back, Bethany is a wonderful family vacation spot!!!

We really liked the location, the quietness, the pool. The house was clean although the dishwasher wasn't unloaded, but no biggie. The outlets above the stove wouldn't work, but after a phone call, Wilgus quickly remedied this. The screened in porch was very nice. you can easily walk to the beach or boardwalk, although if you're taking a lot of stuff, you'd probably want to drive. They supplied 2 parking passes which were a godsend. We really enjoyed staying here and hope to get it again next year!

We enjoyed our week with great beach weather and all the amenities of home. The rental was very lovely and clean and we especially liked to hang out on the patio at night. Our teens also appreciated the pool and tennis court. It was close to the beach but quiet and secluded as well.
“Family friendly vacation keeps us coming back to Bethany Beach”

We have been coming to Bethany Beach for years and we always stay in Bethany Pines. This year we had a 3 bedroom unit with a very nice screened porch--the house was very well equipped and clean--though it was not decorated like a beach house! I would have liked to have had a king size bed, but otherwise everything was fine. The pool & tennis court are nice to have & the community is conveniently located within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, miniature golf, park & beach. The owners provided bikes & a charcoal grill in the storage unit. Our air conditioning broke while we were there and Wilgus assoc. was good about coming out to check it out--even though they couldn't get anyone to fix it until the next day.
