This cosy terraced cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, and is just a few minutes' walk from the amenities of Betws-y-Coed in the Snowdonia National Park.3 Railway Cottages is a terraced cottage in a unique location overlooking the quiet railway in Betws-y-Coed. The cottage offers well-equipped, quality accommodation, with a double room and a twin, making this cottage a welcoming option for families or groups of friends to holiday together. The kitchen is stylish, and the sitting room has a dining area, a woodburning stove and doors to the patio. Both the lounge and bedroom have a Freesat TV. There is also a small lawned garden close to the property. 3 Railway Cottages is a superb cottage for visiting Betws-y-Coed, and the rest of Snowdonia.
Amenities: Gas underfloor central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Freesat TV in lounge with a further Freesat TV in main bedroom. Games DVD, CD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars, 100 yards away. Storage for bikes with hose cleaning area. Small enclosed rear patio. Meadow garden with parking 100 yards away. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 min walk, pub 3 mins walk. Note: The railway runs adjacent to this cottage, with approximately 6 trains per day passing in both directions. Note: Cottage is accessed down a shared footpath.
Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Town: The ever-popular village of Betws-y-Coed sits in the heart of the stunning Snowdonia National Park, and offers visitors a selection of craft and outdoor shops, as well as cafes and restaurants. The village is also home to the Woodland High Rope Activity Centre, and even has its own railway station with a museum, miniature railway, shop and restaurant. The nearby River Conwy is well known for the quality of its fishing and also hides river pools, frothing waterfalls and bridges that are many hundreds of years old. In addition to the stunning countryside that surrounds Betws-y-Coed, there are a number of National Trust properties just a short drive away.
