Alpine Escape is perfect for everyone. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear walking distance to the slopes and golf course. This large home has everything you need for a wonderful stay, you'll never want to leave.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2000+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, 8-person dining table, two beautiful wood burning fireplaces, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV with cable. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV with cable. Upstairs third bedroom has two twin beds and smart TV with cable. Upstairs fourth bedroom has two sets of queen/twin bunk beds and mounted smart TV with cable.
KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Game room with pool table and foosball. 6 smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, Blu-ray DVD player, board games, and card games. Relax in the tub or near one of the two cozy wood burning fireplaces.

First and foremost we would like to again extend our deepest apologies for the problems you had while staying with our company. It was our understanding that the homeowner would be taking care of the cleaning as that was what was stated when they blocked it off online. We are so embarrassed and truly sorry that, that was not the case. We’re also sorry that we did not have any properties large enough to move you into however this was not a problem we anticipated or were prepared to deal with and at this time of year we are extremely booked up. As far as the beds you mentioned not being the right size we did call and speak to the homeowner who confirmed they are indeed all standard Queen sized beds. In response to the comment you left about the heater this is a slightly older home so it is to be expected that the heater may function a little differently than that of a more modern home. We do apologize if the cleanliness of the cabin did not meet your standards or expectations but it is commonly found among rental homes that they see more ware (especially on the carpets) and tare then privately owned family homes. Once again we are so very sorry for any mistakes which were made on our behalf and we sincerely hope you will give us another chance should you ever visit Big Bear again and we will try even harder to meet your demands.
