Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 3 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

HOT TUB CABIN IN CENTRAL LOCATION!

One of our most popular cabins! Super affordable hot tub cabin in a great location, close to everything. Walking distance to the Village and lake. Nearby the marinas, Alpine Slide, hiking trails and more. Just a short drive to the slopes, golf course, Snow Play, Convention Center and more! Perfect for couples or singles, bring your furry friend and experience all Big Bear has to offer!

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 500+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, bar seating, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Bedroom has a double bed. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Cable TV, along with fast WiFi and DVD player. Board games and card games.

OUTDOORS - Hot tub, patio furniture, and charcoal barbecue. Enjoy the front deck with ample space for soaking in the views and fresh air!

How do damage deposits work?
