"Comfy and cozy end of the year vacation at Big Bear in Casa de O"

I love staying at Casa de Oso, each room had heathers, has enough bathrooms but the only thing it needs to be improved is the fact that if somebody is using the hot water the showers do not get hot water.
We appreciate your review on the Case de Oso cabin. Your description of your hot water with the shower issue is not how it should be. We believe you must have had other issues that created this. It is not uncommon for their to be a need for a recycle time when multiple showers are being taken at one time.
To date, we have not had any problems reported by other guests or our cleaning staff.
Just as an FYI, we will check into this matter. In the meantime, we hope your overall stay was satisfying and that you will want to return to our beautiful community in the near future.

I was nervous at first since this is the first time my family and I have ever rented a cabin or a house. Pulling up to the driveway the house is exactly like the picture. The house was well take taken care of and had a lot more kitchen utensils and other amenities than I had expected. Our stay was very relaxed and fun. The workers at Gold Rush were beyond friendly and helpful. We are definitely renting from Gold Rush again. The children had access to television and internet. The location is next to ta lake and very close to town so if we needed something we had easy access. We were all pretty bummed about leaving.
