Great views off of the deck and out of the living room: take a look out the window and decide where to ski or where to hike! While we do not consider this condo to be true ski-in, ski-out, it is accessible via the Bootlegger green run down the street on Cowboy Heaven Rd, approximately a five minute walk. This home is approximately two miles to the main Mountain Village, seven miles to Big Sky’s Meadow Village and Town Center, and about fifty-five miles to the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park.

“Awesome home on the mountain for friend group getaway”

We had a group of six stay here, and it was definitely a great option! My father and his friends actually stayed in the cabin right next to us and had a great time as well. Everything was luxurious and the 4.5 bathrooms was a huge bonus as well. The hot tub could comfortably fit five, from where you could also see the peak along with moonlight ridge. The grill, washer, and dryer all came in handy. Only things to point out for others is, it didn't have shampoo stocked there (so don't be like me and BRING SOME)!
For those skiing, it's also not an "official ski in/out" -- it's just located in a particular spot on the mountain. You have to walk up Cowboy Heaven Rd. to the Bootlegger Trail (about 3 minute walk). Bootlegger connects right to the bottom of the Iron Horse lift. Depending on the season (if snow is covering the road), you can either ski-in right back down this Cowboy Heaven Rd. to your back door, or you'll have to take your skis off and walk them 3 minutes back down.

The home was very comfortable and beautifully furnished and well stocked. It was not as secluded as described by the property manager as it's in a small subdivision of 8 cabins surrounded by a large subdivision. But the views were nice and the location was convenient to Yellowstone West entrance, Bozeman , Galatan National Forest and several great hiking trails. We were well stocked at Roxy's Grocery store and really enjoyed the vacation. The only reason not five stars in the rating... creepy landscapers looking in our cabin windows at 8am on 2 consecutive days waking us up and upsetting my daughter's and the property management company had a very rude lady working the desk and taking our calls. When we repeatedly explained the DTV satellite boxes were not working due to lengthy period of unuse and someone needed to go online to refresh the account she insisted a maintenence man must come to the cabin. 2 days later and 2 hours delayed to our days hike he was only able to get one box working and never returned. We enjoyed it and will come to Big Sky again but won't return to this cabin.

This home had wonderful views and was very comfortable for our family of 5.The kitchen was well stocked. There really is no good grocery store in Big Sky, much to my surprise.
Beautiful hikes were almost right outside the door. Sadly, we didn't get to fly fish as the rivers were too muddy because of rain.
