We enjoyed our stay in Montana and the Big Sky location was a big part of that. We visited Yellowstone on 3 of our vacation days - about 1 hr scenic drive. We had a great time with horseback riding, zipline, and mountain tram at the resort. The visit to Bozeman gave us a chance to see the nearby Palisade Falls.
This cabin was perfect for three of us - myself, wife, and grown up daughter. The cabin is spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and even had small appliances. The TV and internet connection were superb. We had lots of devices, but no problem with performance. The showers were great. We used the hot tub out on the deck - really great! The staff were friendly and not obtrusive in any way.
So why not 5 points? There were a few small problems probably variable on when you stay. We needed a garbage pickup that did not happen; there were some black ants that got around including into the beds; the tub stopper did not work so shower only. All in all I rate these problems as minor.
We will definitely come back if we have the chance!

I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and at a lot of first class accomodations and this was absolutely top drawer. All six members of the family loved it. The bunkroom is perfect for the kids and the separate entertainment system in the bunkroom creates a lot of the peace and quiet parents need at the end of the day (let's call it hot tub time). The location is perfect, just the right distance from Yellowstone to be accessible without having to be in a tourist area. The nearby Big Sky Resort had great summer activities and the dining around the whole area is of urban area quality with unsurpassed views and laid back atmosphere. We will definitely be returning. Could not have been more pleased and the owners and agents are attentive and helpful at every turn. These folks absolutely care about every detail including your complete satisfaction.

One word would sum up our stay at PR #28- exceptional! Similiar to a Four Sesaons or Ritz experience, PR #28 exceeded our expectations. The stunning view of the Spanish Peaks during breakfast, lunch and dinner are breath taking. The upgraded furnishings are so cozy and cabin classic- you will feel the warmth and elegance as soon as you enter the front door. The amenities are all about relaxtion and family- the outside deck fireplace to the over-sized hot tub are perfect places to gather and unwind. The steam shower will leave you cleansed, mind and body! Lastly, PR#28 is truly ski-in and ski-out. Snap into your boots on the lower level, step outside and click into your skis and go! Wow! This place rocks!! We can't wait to return :))
