Silver Tip 6, open and spacious, is a stylish residence in Big White Ski Resort, with all the comforts of home. An entrance from the carport leads you to a large foyer with heated slate flooring a great double closet for stowing away luggage or snow gear and an interior entrance to the single car garage. To the left is a half bath.
A very open concept, with tongue and groove vaulted ceilings, this impressive unit is bright and beautiful. Large windows in the living area offer a view of the snow covered forest - breathtaking! A corner fireplace with a 54” TV and DVD/karaoke machine sits over the mantle. A comfy overstuffed sofa and loveseat with coffee table and a leather armchair to put your feet up and relax, complete this charming living room.
The kitchen is on your left boasting a gas range and stainless appliances, with granite countertops to add to the quality of the residence. The breakfast bar offers two wood stools to use and help with the meal preparation. Or enjoy a glass of wine and let someone else do it. There is seating for six at the large solid wood dining table. Enjoy the quality art, and some personal photos to make it feel like home.
Enjoy the hot tub on the balcony, and enjoy the view of Serwas run. Although the forest has grown up over the years, you also have a partial view of the Monashee mountains. Truly a beautiful setting.

Thank you for giving us a chance to review our experience with you.
The staff were easy to work with although it is very frustrating that you call and get a random person each time you call.
We were told we could get an early checkin and got in at about 4:00 as the normal checkin time. The house smelled horrific when we arrived although was clean. We sprayed febreeze all through the house just to get rid of the smell.
Also the hot tub was a little dirty. When trying to sit in it we could feel a buildup of dirt on the seats.
Otherwise the house was quite satisfactory.

We really enjoyed these accommodations. There was an easy ski in and ski out off of the Serwa run (a green run) right out our back door. It is a spacious condo with all the living space on one floor and the bedrooms below. Big White is a great family resort with good learn to ski program for both adults and children. Our family truly enjoyed this vacation.
"Great location, furniture quality and maintenance lacking."

Upon arrival - the satelite TV was not operating properly (only allowing one channel), the kitchen was not clean - and no songes or twels or dish soap for washing in the sind. The table that was broken last year when we stayed in the same unit was now just missing. The broken chair I reported last year was still there, still broken. Less lights were burnt out this year, only the hallway upstairs was completely dark. The unit location is excellnat, but the maintenance is lacking and the furniture is worn out. Even after calling prior to arrival to verify the lights and TV, these items were not adressed either by the owner or the manager. If lightbulbs are an issue, as they seem to be, at least have some spares in the unit so they can be replaced without a 24 hour wait.
