PRIVATE & SECURE area to yourselves with 80m2 Living space.

Located 1 km walking distance to one of the cleanest Beaches in Melbourne- Half Moon Bay; Black Rock. Extremely close to Royal Melbourne Golf Club. Ground Floor access. If you book (1) Bedroom, you will have the whole 80m2 ground level area to yourselves. No other secondary bookings for other guests.

Boutique Luxury Service. All Linen & Bath Towels provided.

French Champagne on arrival.

Response from the owner English Version for above: "The large apartment is located by train about 30 minutes from the center of Melbourne away in a quiet location in a beautiful residential area. There are two bedrooms, a great bathroom, a kitchen, an open plan living / dining area and a courtyard where you can sit nicely. We were warmly welcomed by Mel, the owner, who lives on the first floor, and provided with good tips for restaurants and attractions. The welcome included Botanical water and a bottle of French Champagne, as well as a large selection of Nespresso capsules and teas. For the breakfast one could select from five choices. It was on individual requests and everything fresh, delicious and richly prepared. We felt very comfortable with Mel and would recommend her without reservation. Thank you Kindly Peter & Esolde, It was an absolute pleasure having you stay here. I highly recommend these people for any other 'Hosts'. Hope to see you again in the future.
