Overlooking the lawned frontage of The Royal Norfolk Hotel, this popular apartment is situated only a few paces from the beach and a five minute walk from the town centre and all amenities. Sleeps four adults in one double and one bunk bedded room. Simply furnished, ideal for families.

Bognor Regis resort boasts clean beaches, long hours of sunshine and traditional seaside fun. Take a stroll along the pier or browse the wide variety of town centre shops and restaurants. Butlins is within easy reach and ideal for a family day out. Further afield, the towns of Chichester Littlehampton and Arundel have much to offer, as does the South Downs National Park.

“Bognor seaview apartment”

Excellent position for seafront and town.Apartment was comfortable enough but could do with some upgrading.Parking could be a problem forsome people as there is no allocated parking,but well worth a visit.

“A quiet cottage with a wonderful view!”

I loved this apartment. It was clean and the layout was more spacious than I imagined. I really enjoyed staying there and I hope to again. The view and town were relaxing - just what I was looking for.

“Cosy and comfortable”

A nice cosy flat in a period residence with a view of the sea. Situated within 100 metres walk to the beach with local amenities and town centre close by.

“Stained carpets, peeling wallpaper, dirty surfaces”

Booked to stay on in April. The owner was accommodating in agreeing us to stay one night. However, when we arrived it was clear that the apartment was not clean so we had to travel back home that evening - very disappointed. The capers were stained and unclean, the walls were stained and peeling and surfaces were not clean. I have included pictures to show the standard of the furniture, walls, carpet. I requested a refund as I didn’t feel the standard of cleanliness in the apartment was satisfactory. Please also see a previous review which states similar issues but was discredited by the owner. My review and pictures will allow potential visitors to read an honest review.
