We offer a fantastic location for a Bondi Beach vacation. The beach is at the end of the street, only 10 min minutes walk from the front door. It is a lovely quiet area, yet numerous cafes and little grocers are in immediate vicinity. There are also numerous great local Deli style grocers and each Saturday welcomes the Bondi Beach Farmers Markets where one can purchase the freshest artisan produce brought straight from the farm, and sold direct by the farmer or producer.
The property consists of 2 large bedrooms with 2 queen beds, plus 1 single bed plus a cot. Can sleep up to 5 people comfortably and a baby. It has a spacious open living and dining area, plus a fully equipped kitchen. There is also an internal laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer. Other features include a beautiful balcony looking at the Harbour Bridge, a lovely outdoor swimming pool, plus an undercover car park.
The bus stop is opposite the apartment where you can go to Bondi Junction train station in less than 5 minutes which connects to Central Station (10 min), Darling Harbour, The Rocks, Opera House, where you can catch the ferry to Manly, Taronga Zoo and the Northern Beaches

This Rental Agreement and Contract is a legally binding agreement made and entered into as of the Reservation Date written above by and between the Guest or Tenant and the Rental Agent and their agents, owners, successors, employees, manager and contractors, pursuant to which the Guest has agreed to rent the residence described above, for the duration of the Rental Term for the Total Rental Fee and other good and valuable consideration as described herein.
By paying a deposit for the apartment it is accepted that these conditions have been read, understood and agreed to by the prospective tenant.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Penalty fees of $50 per person per night will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.If number of guests will exceed 6 people there will be an immediate termination of rental and loss of bond.
This property is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Guest agrees that all personal property, furnishings, personal affects and other items brought into the Property by Guest or their permitted guests and visitors shall be at the sole risk of Guest with regard to any theft, damage, destruction or other loss and owner or manager shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever.
Guest hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rental Agent and their agents, owners, successors, employees, manager and contractors from and against any costs, damages, liabilities, claims, legal fees and other actions for any damages, costs, attorneys fees incurred by Guest, permitted guests, visitors or agents, representatives or successors of Guest due to any claims relating to destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life sustained by Guest or family and visitors of Guest in or about the Property and Guest expressly agrees to save and hold Rental Agent, and their agents, owners, successors, employees, manager and contractors harmless in all such cases.
Guest hereby waives and releases any claims against Rental Agent, the Property owner and their successors, assigns, employees, managers or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any injuries or death that may be sustained by Guest or family and visitors of Guest on or near or adjacent to the Property, including any common facilities, activities or amenities. Guest agrees to use any such facilities or amenities entirely at the Guest's own initiative, risk and responsibility.
The owner or manager will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owner reserves the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
If the owner or manager has a reasonable belief that there is imminent danger to any person or property, owner or representatives may enter the Property without advance notice.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival including the removal and disposal of perishable garbage.
Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests unless specific arrangements have been made with the owner.
Check-in time is 2.30pm.
Later check outs and earlier check ins are subject to availability and $75 surcharge will apply.
STRICTLY NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED: Guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor shall Guest use the Property for any immoral, offensive or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law, association rules or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the Property.
Any complaints either to the Owners Corporation, neighbors or the Police may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
The bond of $500 will be refunded subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared.
Used of candles are not allowed in the apartment.
No furniture, Linen (other than beach towels) or effects shall be removed from the apartment without prior authorization.
No smoking is allowed inside the property.
Pets are loved but not allowed in the property.
Loss & Public Liability - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property and public liability. The tenant takes full responsibility for their private property and security of such during the tenancy.
Linen and Towels will be supplied.
Loss of security key will attract a $200 fee to change the lock system.
Please remember if you steal or take any valuables from the apartment the value will be deducted from your bond.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
