A louer jolie mini-villa de 46 à 62 m2 dans campagne bonifacienne. Salon (23 m2) conv 140/cuisine équipée au design moderne. 1 chambre avec placard (lit en 160). Sdb/douche italienne/WC.
Terrasse ombragée de 10 ou 18 m2.
Climatisation/WIFI/TV/TNT/lave linge.
Piscine chauffée de 15 x 5 réservée aux résidents (plage en IPE de 200 m2).
Beau T3 de 62 m2 également disponible disposant de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains et terrasse couverte de 18 m2
