Le Maquis est une villa classée 4 étoiles par l'office du tourisme de Bonifacio pour 4 ou 5 personnes.
Cette villa vous offrira le calme et le repos avec son parc entièrement cloturé par des murs de pierres et un portail automatique vous garantira toute sécurité.
Vous pourrez vous détendre dans le magnifique jardin privatif arborisé de palmiers, d'oliviers et de pins parasols, ainsi que sur sa vaste terrasse en bois de cèdre ombragée.
Vous disposez d'une table en teck ainsi que des chaises où vous pouvez également prendre vos repas et un coin apéro.
Dans le jardin, barbecue, bains de soleil sont à votre disposition pour passer des moments de détente et de convivialité.
Vous pourrez également apprécier la douche extérieure à l'entrée du parc pour vos retours de plage.
La villa est équipée d'une connexion wifi.
La cuisine américaine est entièrement équipée.(plaque de cuisson vitrocéramique 4 feux, hotte, nombreuses casseroles adaptées, évier deux bacs, lave vaisselle, frigo 3 étages / congélateur, micro onde, four, cafetière électrique, Nespresso, bouilloire, grille pain, mixeur, vaisselles 12 couverts

Le salon dispose d'un écran plat, d'une chaîne stéréo, lecteur de DVD ainsi que d'une bibliothèque, et décoré avec goût.
Nous mettons également à disposition un lit d'appoint, le matériel bébé: lit parapluie, chaise haute, baignoire, poussette.
Les chambres disposent d'une literie haute gamme qualité "Titanium"dont une avec un lit de 180 x 200 et l'autre de deux lits de 90 x 200.
Les deux chambres climatisées avec moustiquaires sont équipées de vastes placards avec un coffre fort digital, et toujours décorées avec soin.
Le puits de lumière de la salle de bain vous apportera une excellente luminosité.
Elle est équipée d'une vaste douche à l'italienne, de deux vasques pour votre confort ainsi que de nombreux rangements.
Le chauffage au sol et le sèche serviette est un atout de qualité en inter saison.
Les toilettes sont indépendants.
La plage de Santa-Manza se trouve à 2km de la propriété.
Les très belles plages de Spérone, plage de sable fin avec une eau turquoise se trouve à 3km de la villa.
Sur la route de Bonifacio à Porto-vecchio vous trouverez des plages fabuleuses comme Santa-Julia, Rondinara et Palombaggia et encore bien d'autres.
